Bicacon commemorated 67 minutes call of action as part of a change the world for the better on Nelson Mandela International Day also known as “Mandela Day.”
As part of Bicacon’s on-going Socio- Economic Development programme, we participated in Mandela Day activities in all of our branches; Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, Free State, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo.
The following homes were visited by Bicacon family in various provinces:
- Dunduzela Day and night care centre in Nellmapius next to Mamelodi East
- Nkungumathe Youth Centre in Nkandla
- The KwaMashu Christian Care Society home of the elders
- the Talitha Cumi Baby House in Bloemfontein
- Vukuzenzele Drop In Centre in Ermelo
- The Legae Motheo Shelter and welfare centre in Mafikeng
